Are you an agency interested in helping disability beneficiaries test their ability to work? The Social Security Administration has a great program called Ticket to Work (TTW) that does just that. In order to offer the TTW program you have to become and Employment Network or partner with an Administrative Employment Network.

We were approved by the Social Security Administration (SSA) in December 2020 to begin partnering with “companies” to offer TTW to beneficiaries as an Administrative Employment Network (AEN). What this means is that as an AEN Mission Possible becomes the Employment Network (EN) of record, allowing the companies we partner with to offer TTW to beneficiaries without them becoming an EN. Companies we partner with would be responsible for the hands on work with the beneficiary interested in TTW and we would train your employees, assist them, offer benefits planning and take care of the administrative side of TTW requirements. Some of the hands-on work includes: career planning, job leads and job placement and ongoing employment support. The goal of TTW is to help beneficiaries become financially independent through employment services offered by EN’s and Vocational Rehabilitation agencies while offering protections and support.

The process to become a partner begins with signing an agreement/contract, getting suitability, and going through training. The contract is signed as an agreement that partners will provide the hands on services and Mission Possible will be the EN of record upholding the responsibilities set before us by SSA. Suitability is a background check and fingerprinting required by SSA to work with clients in the TTW program. The process can take up to 8 weeks and during that time we will do the training. Most of the training is self led, but there are a few zoom sessions and classes to register for. Once these three steps are complete you can begin working with beneficiaries interested in testing their ability to work.

Building a partnership with us is a great way to help more beneficiaries become self-sufficient. We at Mission Possible are here to help as many as we can, and with partnerships we’re able to help more individuals. We are solution based and focus on the positive, what you can do – not what you cannot.
A partnership is a great solution to help more beneficiaries see what they can do! Reach out to me with any questions or to request more information on becoming a partner, stella @mpes.net or 877-214-2983.
